Думаю , там просто длинный болт с промежуточной дистанционной втулкой и доп. кронштейн .

Хотя вот это крепление кронштейна бутербродов на болтах к раме - какое то порно ? . Как и некоторые другие вещи ОРСовские , как по мне ....
