Stock fuel filter housing, from the mechanical Mercedes-Benz OM601, 602 and 603. These are ideal if you are replacing your EDC pump on your om604, 605 or 606 with a mechanical one.

They come as pictured, with complete plastic lines and banjos.  It is highly recommended to change your fuel filter also.
